International Student Programs
Academic Year and Semester – Homestay Services
We offer our international students placement in private schools that will fit any budget without sacrificing quality education. As an F1 student, you can experience middle or high school while living with an American host family. We have a variety of schools that would meet any of your scholastic and financial requirements. All of our students graduate and most qualify to attend the college of their choice.
As part of the service for international students, we will provide the following:
Homestay Services
- Student placement in Christian and Catholic homestays or boarding schools
- Facilitating the application process of each student to the school of their choice enabling a smooth transition and timely delivery of the I20
- Background check, home visits, training and interview are required for all hosts and local coordinators
- Daily meals, private bedroom and occasional transportation
- 24/7 English language immersion
- 24/7 support for both the host family and student
Student Support
- We offer Local Coordinators who will see the student through their entire academic year providing guidance and stability in relationship to the school and host family, giving peace of mind to the family of origin
- Orientation to each student to enable a smooth and comfortable transition to American life
- Monthly meetings with students and host families
- Monthly student progress reports for natural parents
- Bi-month meetings with schools to ensure the student is achieving good grades
- Social, academic and cultural guidance
- Transportation to and from a local airport (extra fee for transportation from John F. Kennedy or Newark airports)
- 24/7 communication available between student, school, agency and host families
- 24/7 emergency support
- student health insurance
College and Career Counseling
We will expedite your college / university application through admission counseling and expert essay writing. There is a separate fee for this service.
Program Fees
Program fees include host family accommodations, two meals per day (3 on weekends and non-school days), medical insurance, airport transportation and local coordinator supervision.
Tuition, registration and application fees, books, uniforms and lab fees, and any additional international (school) fees are not included.
Guardianship
We also offer a Guardianship program for students who wish to (or need to) attend a boarding facility. Our services are the same as listed above in the Homestay Program, except for host family accommodations.
During periods when the school is closed (winter/spring breaks) the student will be placed with a short-term host family (as an option).
